Our UI/UX lab is transforming traditional touchscreen applications into human-centered, low-touch, and no-touch media-rich digital experiences. For top Colleges and Universities, our solutions are revolutionizing the digital engagement model while satisfying the need to be inclusive and responsive to the health and safety concerns of the thousands of students, faculty, and visitors traversing their campuses each day.
In our partnership with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), we developed a series of on-campus interactive touchscreen experiences to celebrate and bring to life their over 150 year legacy in collegiate sports. The collection of content was wide and deep, from video to archival photos and just about every type of media in between. Our designers and developers created an immersive digital engagement experience that allowed the user to explore, take their own journey, and forge their own connection to the brand. We then developed back-end functionalities that enable support staff to quickly and easily update content for remote deployment campus-wide. In response to modern Pandemic sensitivities, we gave users an alternative touchless engagement method to navigate and control the experience’s highly touch-based interactive content. The functionality enabled us to incorporate the user’s personal device in a ‘virtual mouse’ like fashion, contributing to a more inclusive CX and helping us deliver on our global reputation for crafting human-inspired, technology-enabled UI/UX solutions.
